Global Care Connect SDN. BHD. was formed in 2025 as a joint venture between Rau CK Ventures and Thomas R. Vogel and was registered with the Malaysian Chamber of Commerce in January 2026.
C. S. (Chandra Shekar) Rao
Mr. C. S. (Chandra Shekar) Rao was born in Malaysia in 1962 and holds an MBA in Human Resources and a Master's degree in Security and Safety (Disaster Risk Management, Risk Analysis).
Mr. C. S. Rao's experience in human resources, professional recruitment and staffing now spans 34 years. His main focus is and always was on placing well-trained workers in non-Asian countries.
In 1996, Mr. Rao founded a company to recruit nursing staff from India and the Philippines for Malaysian hospitals. The special training and language program he designed was and remains the key to successfully placing and employing workers abroad.
His mission is to bring about positive change in the living conditions in the countries of origin of those he places. As a result, his programs for the training of the skills for employment in the nursing and care sector have been adapted to the specific needs and opportunities of each country and are constantly being further developed.
Mr. Rao has extensive contacts in the employment agency industry throughout Asia. His decades of experience form the basis for fruitful, professional, and trusting cooperation with employers who are looking for hospital staff and nursing professionals from countries such as the Philippines, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, and India.
Thomas Rainer Vogel
Mr. Thomas (Tom) R. Vogel was born in Germany in 1965.
He completed his training as a hotel manager at the Speiser Private Hotel Management School in Tegernsee in 1994. He then gained fundamental experience in international hotel and cruise ship management. The focus here was always on communicating and implementing German quality standards in the areas of human resources and service.
Mr. Vogel taught German to foreign students during his training.
In his later career as a manager on international cruise ships, he trained employees from all over the world in how to deal with German guests. Particular attention was paid to culture and manners.
Thomas Vogel has now been living and working in Malaysia for over 18 years and has trained and employed over 150 staff for his company during this time.
His goal is to optimally prepare committed people for their professional future – linguistically, professionally, and personally.
He stands for international cooperation with competence, experience, and passion.
