Global Care Connect (GCC) is a German-managed company headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We collaborate with German healthcare recruitment and placement agencies, supporting them in the recruitment, preparation, and placement of international nursing professionals from Asia.
Our candidates come primarily from India, Nepal, the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Myanmar and have completed nursing training. (see References and Partners)

C. S. Rao's expertise derives from more than three decades of experience in recruiting, preparing, and integrating Asian nursing staff for deployment in Malaysia. His expertise includes:

With almost two decades of experience in Malaysia, intensive experience with Asian workers, and in-depth knowledge of German quality and training standards, Thomas Rainer Vogel is responsible for:
- Focusing on the German nursing market

- Language preparation (German A1–B1)
- documentation and visa strategy for Germany
- requirements of German clinics, authorities, and recognition bodies
He ensures that all candidates are realistically prepared for Germany, not only professionally, but also linguistically, culturally, and in terms of organization.

1. Selection & Screening
Pre-selection of suitable, motivated care professionals with documented training.
2. German Language Instruction
Organization and support of the German language course (A1–A2, higher if needed).
3. Visa & Documentation
Preparation of all formalities, assistance in the visa process, coordination with embassies.

Ongoing training programs ensure a steady pool of candidates.

1. Your Inquiry
Let us know your staffing needs and send us a request.
2. Matching & Pre-Selection
We send you complete candidate profiles (CV).
3. Contract & Deposit
After signing the Chess brokerage agreement, 33.3% of the brokerage commission becomes due.
4. Language Course & Visa
We organize the German language course and submit the visa application documents. Once the language exam has been passed and the visa has been issued, 33% of the placement fee is due.
5. Entry & Employment Commencement
Once the candidate has started work through your referral, the remaining 33% of the agreed commission becomes due.

Our fee covers the entire preparatory process, document handling and language training.
